How long does delivery take?
Our standard delivery time within Germany is 1–3 business days after receipt of payment. Deliveries to EU countries generally take 3–7 business days.
What shipping options are available?
We ship discreetly via Deutsche Post Warenpost and DHL. All orders are packaged in neutral packaging, with no indication of the contents.
Can I return my order?
For legal reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or damaged seed packages. Unopened orders can be returned within 14 days.
What happens if my package gets lost?
If your shipment is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 7 days. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

How can I place an order?
Simply select your desired variety, add it to your shopping cart, and complete the order process. You'll immediately receive an order confirmation via email.
Do I need to create an account to order?
No—you can order as a guest. However, a customer account offers benefits such as faster orders, order history, and exclusive offers.
Can I change my order later?
As long as your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can make changes. Please contact support as soon as possible.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No—you can also order just one product. For orders of €150 or more, you'll receive exclusive access to our GrowBase AI™.

Are all seeds original GreenDream genetics?
Yes – every variety comes from our own breeding or from carefully selected, tested collaborations.
Are the stated THC and yield values guaranteed?
These values are based on laboratory analyses and internal tests. Actual results may vary depending on the growing environment.
How long do the seeds last?
If stored in a cool, dry place away from light, our seeds will remain viable for at least 2-3 years.
Do you sell feminized or automatic seeds?
We only sell feminized strains because we would not be able to maintain our quality standards with automatic strains.
